ELIGIBILITY

Who Can Apply

The competition is open to Filipino individuals and Filipino-owned enterprises with
innovations ready to move beyond concept and into application.

To qualify, applicants must meet the following core requirements:

Filipino Individual or Filipino-Owned Enterprise
Your enterprise must be duly registered with DTI, SEC, or CDA, and be at least 60% Filipino-owned.
A Working, Ready-to-Commercialize Innovation
Your submission must feature a functional working prototype, supported by registered or ongoing intellectual property protection (patent, utility model, or industrial design).
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

What to Prepare

Applicants must accomplish the Application Form and
upload the following documents through the official portal:

Business

  • DTI/SEC/CDA Registration
  • BIR Certificate of Registration
  • Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws
    and Latest GIS (for corporations)

Team

  • Valid government-issued IDs
  • CV of the Team Leader
  • Notarized Declaration, Undertaking & Waiver Form
  • Authority to Represent (if Team Leader is not the CEO/Owner)

Innovation

  • Proof of working prototype
    (photos & video)
  • Proof of IP registration or ongoing
    IP application
